Following our visit to the museum we travelled back up to the Hatston pier and went on HMS Duncan. We had a very interesting tour on the ship and asked brilliant questions.
Time for a 5 minute break and snack... the sun started to shine too!

Naval Fleet Visit
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit in Kirwkall today. We started off by visiting the poppies and the World War 1/ Battle of Jutland exhibition in the Orkney Museum. When we were in the museum we met a lady whose Grandfather was on board HMS Hampshire when it sank. She told us stories from this and showed us interesting photographs.
