This afternoon, we went outside around the school and 'bagged some bruck'. We all paired up with Mrs Scott's and Mrs Rendall's classes and encouraged the younger children to pick up litter. We worked well in our groups and cleaned the school grounds and around the edge of the community pitch. We discussed why it is important to pick up litter; as well as keeping our environment clean. Fantastic effort everyone!

P7 Assembly
On Monday, the p7 class shared their Nethybridge experiences with the rest of the school at assembly. We all took turns to speak about each day and the activities we did. We shared some highlights and proud moments. Everyone spoke clearly and loudly when presenting. All the classes enjoyed hearing about our trip away too. :)
Welcome back!
Hope you all had a wonderful holiday and are feeling refreshed! We are looking forward to a busy term! :)

Personal achievement
Well done Ella for receiving these trophies for participating and running in a cross country event in Sandwick. Super effort!
Maths - Time
In maths, we have been learning about time. Some of us used the Northlink timetable to solve problems and find costs. We have also been timing ourselves to do different activities and estimating how long it would take us in minutes and seconds. We have been enjoying the bonny weather in the past week!
Andy Warhol - Our artwork
We have been learning about Andy Warhol with Miss Harcus. We traced our own portraits and chose four colours to paint our portraits. Here is a sneak peek.... we will hopefully finish them in the next week. :)
