Shared reading with p1/2

We shared some of the poems we have recently been writing with the p1/2 class. We then paired up with a p1/2 and read them a story: we asked questions about the story and discussed who the main character in the book was. We then drew the main character and wrote a short character description. 

Children In Need

Well done everyone for their hard work on Friday. A fantastic total was raised and everyone had great fun! 

3D shapes and their nets

In maths, some of us have been learning about different 3D shapes. We worked together to make different nets. Some of the shapes were tricky!

Reading in p6/7

We all participate in reading for enjoyment regularly. Some of us read our own novels, comics magazines or the paper. We like to share what we read with each other too.
